Backing Details

The earrings feature a deep lock-in notch designed to keep the backs secure. While difficult to accidentally pop off, they can come off if pulled with enough force to cause ear damage.

If you lose a backing or would like an extra, we also sell the same butterfly backings on our site that are guaranteed to fit tightly.

Returns & Exchanges:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any worn jewelry or jewelry that has been damaged after leaving our studio. All jewelry is carefully inspected prior to packaging and shipping.

For online purchases, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered jewelry in original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
