We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

- Sale items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Piercing jewelry

Returns
We happily accept returns of unworn, unaltered jewelry in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.
To complete your return, please include your proof of purchase or original receipt. Before sending your item back, please contact us to let us know it’s on the way.

If you're contacting us outside of store hours it is best to text and we will get back to you the next day we open.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Piercing Earrings
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on piercing jewelry. Once worn, the jewelry is no longer sterile and cannot be reused for hygienic purposes.
Exchanges
We generally do not accept exchanges. However, for purchases made online, we do offer exchanges of unworn and unaltered jewelry in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase.
If a piece of jewelry appears to be defective, we may be able to offer an exchange. Please note:
- "Defective" does not automatically mean "broken."
- Jewelry must be properly cared for.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by rough handling or improper care after the item leaves our studio.

Gift
Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or it was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur.
- Reach out to your bank for processing details.
