Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping at Tori Ear Candy! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered jewelry in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase.
To complete your return, please include proof of purchase or your original receipt.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Items returned after 30 days
Exchanges
We generally do not accept exchanges. However, for purchases made online, we do offer exchanges of unworn and unaltered jewelry in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase.
If a piece of jewelry appears to be defective, we may be able to offer an exchange. Please note:
- "Defective" does not automatically mean "broken."
- Jewelry must be properly cared for.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by rough handling or improper care after the item leaves our studio.

Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or it was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item is not in its original condition
The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - The return is made after the 30-day window
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—posting delays can occur.
- Contact your bank for processing time details.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
