Before scheduling, we highly recommend reviewing our “Before You Book: Important Info” page. This page contains general booking guidelines, and if you scroll further down, you’ll find specific information by age group, as piercing requirements and details may vary depending on the age of the client.

If you have a specific date and time in mind, we suggest booking at least one week in advance to ensure availability.

Important! Below the buttons, you’ll also find information for:

  • Booking for two or more people in the same appointment slot
  • Booking appointments for minors (under 18 years old)

Please review this information before booking, as failure to follow these requirements may result in appointment cancellation or us being unable to complete the piercing.

Booking for Minors (Under 18 Years)

Who Can Bring A Minor To An Appointment

A parent or legal guardian is required to bring any minor (under 18) in for a piercing appointment. This is a strict policy for both legal and safety reasons.

Siblings, extended relatives, or friends are not permitted to bring a minor in for a piercing—even if they are over 18. They may attend the appointment as guests, but cannot fulfill the legal or procedural requirements necessary for a minor to be pierced.

The parent or legal guardian must:

  • Book the appointment using their own contact information in order to receive all necessary pre-piercing information, or if someone else books for them this info must be given by them to book.

  • Sign the waiver prior to the appointment. Waivers signed by the minor or anyone other than the parent/legal guardian will not be valid.

  • Be present at the appointment, at least for check-in and aftercare instructions. If they prefer not to be present during the piercing itself, they may step out of the room or wait in our garden area. In this case, another adult guest may accompany the child into the piercing room.

This policy ensures:

  • The responsible adult is fully informed about the piercing process, healing times, and aftercare requirements.

  • Proper aftercare is understood and followed. Ear piercings require consistent cleaning and care for 2 to 6 months (depending on if you pierce the earlobe or cartilage area). Improper aftercare can result in infections or other complications.

  • We uphold our responsibility to obtain parental consent and awareness—as unfortunately, there have been instances where individuals have attempted to have minors pierced without proper permission.

We do welcome guests at appointments, even if they cannot act as the responsible adult for the child. You can read more about this in the section below titled “Who Can Attend the Appointment.”

If you have any questions about who qualifies as a legal guardian or whether your situation meets the requirements, feel free to reach out before booking. We're happy to clarify.

Booking An Appointment & Completing The Waiver

The appointment must be booked either directly by the parent or Legal guardian or booked using the contact information of the parent or legal guardian, as they will need to receive the pre-piercing information and waiver

Waivers must be completed by the parent or legal guardian. If filled out by anyone else, the waiver is not valid, and the piercing will not be performed.

Who Can Attend The Appointment

Guests for Appointments

We understand that ear piercing can be a meaningful moment, and we welcome support during the appointment. However, please keep in mind that we are a small studio, and space is limited. Keep in mind a parent or legal guardian must be physically present at the appointment for any minor receiving a piercing.

For Minors Being Pierced:

  • Up to two adult guests may accompany a minor during their piercing.

  • Only two adults may be in the piercing room with the child during the procedure. This ensures our piercer has enough space to work safely and comfortably.

  • If a third adult would like to attend for support, we can typically accommodate one additional guest standing in the hallway just outside the piercing room. They will still be able to observe the appointment but may not be directly inside the room.

  • If the child prefers to have a peer or friend accompany them instead of one adult, we’re happy to allow this as long as the friend is well-behaved and respectful of the space.

Additional Guests:

  • We do have a small garden area in the back of our studio where extra guests are welcome to wait, weather permitting.

  • Please note that large groups cannot be accommodated inside the studio due to space and safety limitations.

Bringing Additional Children:

  • If you need to bring other children with you because childcare is unavailable, that is okay as long as they are well-behaved and remain under the supervision of a parent or another adult.

  • Our staff cannot watch additional children during the appointment, and for health and safety reasons, children must not be left unattended at any time.

  • It is essential that we maintain a sterile, calm environment to ensure the safety and focus needed during the piercing.

We do our best to be flexible and accommodating, so if you have a unique situation or special request, feel free to contact us in advance—we’re happy to work with you whenever possible!

Scheduling Recommendations for Groups

Scheduling Recommendations for Groups

  • Larger group appointments (more than two people being pierced) may require longer time slots and affect scheduling availability.

  • We strongly recommend booking at least one week in advance for group piercings.

Attempting to schedule group appointments day-of will most likely result in limited or no availability.
