Please note that Flatbacks are custom fit to your ear. When purchasing, be sure to select the appropriate size for the piercing where you intend to wear the jewelry. If you're unsure of your size, we recommend visiting our studio, where we can help you find the right fit, or measure the thickness of your ear in the piercing area. Also, if you purchase only the head, it will not include the post, only the threadless head is provided. A threadless flatback head does require a threadless post to wear.
