We offer safe and professional piercings for children and teens ages 4 to 17. Please review the important policies and appointment guidelines below to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Parent or Legal Guardian Required

A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire appointment and must sign a waiver.

We do not allow friends, siblings, or other relatives to bring in minors under 18, even with parental consent. This policy ensures every piercing is done with appropriate legal permission.

Booking for Multiple People

If you're bringing two or more people under 18 for piercings at the same time, please call or text to schedule.

These group appointments cannot be booked online, but our staff can assist you with manual scheduling to accommodate your group.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

Appointments typically last 15–30 minutes. During this time, we will:

  • Review available earring options
  • Go over aftercare instructions
  • Carefully mark the piercing location before beginning

Earring Policy

We pierce only with our in-house, sterile earrings to maintain hygiene and safety. You can find full pricing and options on our [Prices and Piercing Systems] page.

One Ear or Both

Cartridge Piercing:

  • We can pierce both ears simultaneously if the child can remain still for a few seconds.

Needle Piercing:

  • Must be done one ear at a time and takes about a minute per ear.

Guests

Each minor may bring up to two adult guests.

Strollers

Due to limited space, strollers are not permitted inside. However, car seat stands are provided for your convenience.

Timeliness

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will require rescheduling.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Piercing Methods

We offer two piercing methods: the medical cartridge system and the needle method.

Both are safe, hygienic, and effective, for ear lobe piercing we do not strongly recommend one over the other but for cartilage piercings we do recommend needle piercing.

Cartridge Piercing

  • Preferred by the American Medical Association
  • Uses a spring-free, medical-grade device
  • Prepackaged, sterilized, and fully disposable
  • Operated by gentle hand pressure—not a piercing gun

Why Parents Often Choose Cartridge Piercing For First Time Piercing

  • Piercing, earring insertion, and backing placement occur in a split second
  • Ideal for first-time piercings or nervous children
  • We can often pierce both ears at once (if the child can stay still)
  • No visible needle is involved

These earrings use secure butterfly backs with deep notches, designed to pop off safely under pressure to prevent tearing.

  • Titanium: $55 Single / $95 Pair
  • 14k Gold: $95–$100 Single / $150–$175 Pair
  • 14k Gold with 3-point Diamond: $125 Single / $195 Pair
  • 14k Gold with 5-point Diamond: $165 Single / $300 Pair
  • 14k Gold with 8-point Diamond: $250 Single / $475 Pair

These earrings use secure butterfly backs with deep notches, designed to pop off safely under pressure to prevent tearing.

Needle Piercing

  • Preferred by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP)
  • Uses a single-use, hollow catheter needle
  • Jewelry is inserted through the catheter, then the catheter is removed

What to Expect

  • Piercing, insertion, and backing are done in separate steps
  • Takes about 1 minute per ear
  • Child must be calm and able to sit still

Earring Options (Needle Piercing)

  • Primarily flat-back studs or seamless hoops
    (Note: hoops are not used for conch or nostril piercings until healed, due to risk of complications from initial curvature.)

Important Pricing Note

Needle piercing earrings are priced per earring and generally cost more due to:

  • Specialty flat-back posts, which are often custom fit
  • Seamless hoops, which require more metal to manufacture

  • Titanium: $90–$125 Single
  • 14k Gold: $150–$250 Single
  • 14k Gold with Diamonds: $200–$1,300 Single
Piercing Systems and Prices!

Numbing:

⚠️ For anyone under 18, we require verbal approval from your pediatrician before applying numbing cream. Without approval, we cannot proceed with numbing.

Partial Numbing

  • Arrive at your scheduled appointment time
  • Let staff know at check-in that you received approval
  • Cream will be applied while reviewing earrings and aftercare

Full Numbing

  • Arrive 20 minutes early
  • Let staff know at check-in that you received approval
  • Cream must remain untouched for 20 minutes to be effective
  • If rubbed off, it cannot be reapplied
  • While waiting, you may leave and return at your appointment time or wait in our garden area if weather permits

Same-Day Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 deposit will be required to rebook. This deposit will go toward your next appointment but is non-refundable if you miss or cancel again without proper notice.
