Appointments typically last 15-30 minutes. During the session, we'll discuss earring options, review aftercare, and mark the piercing placement before proceeding.

If you are bringing children, please refer to the booking information, as age-related guidelines vary.

Important Information:

  • Only one adult guest is allowed per appointment.
  • For sterilization purposes, we only pierce with our own earrings. For more details on piercing systems and earring options, please visit our Prices and Piercing Systems page.
  • Please arrive on time, as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals beyond the scheduled appointment time.
  • A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations.
  • If you wish to change the piercing placement after approving it, you must do so before leaving the room. Any changes after that will require purchasing new earrings for re-piercing.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment

48 Hours Before Your Appointment:

  • Eat a meal
  • Stay hydrated
  • Get adequate sleep
  • Avoid alcohol, coffee, energy drinks, and blood thinners

Numbing Options:

  • Full Numbing: Arrive 30 minutes early, and we’ll apply numbing cream. You’ll leave and return at your appointment time.
  • Partial Numbing: Arrive at your scheduled time, inform the piercer you have approval for numbing, and we’ll apply the numbing cream while you choose your earrings and go over aftercare. Your ears will be partially numb, reducing discomfort, though you may still feel a pinch.


For children under 18, there are numbing restrictions. Please refer to our Numbing Information page or the booking details for specific age guidelines.

Same-Day Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment or do not show up, a $25 deposit will be required for your next booking. This deposit will go toward the cost of your piercing but will be forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up.
