Victoria “Tori”  has been piercing professionally for more than 11 years and has been immersed in the world of ear piercing for most of her life. Growing up alongside the business founded by her mother, Valentina Hartman, she developed a passion for helping clients celebrate life’s milestones through safe, professional ear piercing.

Tori combines hands-on piercing expertise with a strong educational background in business and marketing. She graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Business and Marketing and further expanded her global perspective while studying abroad at the University of New South Wales in Australia.

Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism, Tori has completed bloodborne pathogen training and regularly participates in continuing education through professional piercing conferences, industry conventions, and advanced training programs, including educational events hosted by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP).

Over the years, she has performed thousands of successful piercings and is known for her calm, reassuring approach, attention to detail, and ability to make clients of all ages feel comfortable and confident throughout their piercing experience.

As co-founder of Torī Ear Piercing, Tori plays an important role in both the client experience and the continued growth of the business. Valentina Hartman has been professionally piercing ears for more than 36 years and founded Tori Ear Piercing in 2005 with a vision of creating a safer, more specialized, and more personalized ear piercing experience.

A licensed cosmetologist, licensed esthetician, and professional ear piercer, Valentina has dedicated her career to helping clients look and feel their best while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.

Over the course of her career, she has performed thousands of successful ear piercings for clients of all ages, from newborns and children to teens and adults. Her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to safety have made her one of Long Island’s most trusted ear piercers.

Valentina has completed bloodborne pathogen training and continues to pursue ongoing education through professional piercing conferences, industry conventions, and advanced training programs, including educational events hosted by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP).

Under Valentina’s leadership, Torī Ear Piercing became the first dedicated ear piercing studio on Long Island and has earned the trust of generations of families, pediatricians, medical professionals, and plastic surgeons. The studio has also been recognized as a nominee for Best Ear Piercing on Long Island, reflecting its reputation for excellence, safety, and client care.
